Ignacio Rivera (Nacho) - Is the Case Manager at the Hacienda de Veteranos in Caguas, Puerto Rico.
Nacho brings with him all of the experience he gained as a "Human Intelligence Collector" Sergeant in the US Army and as a police officer in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico.
He acts as the liaison between the VA and the Veteran Homestead and is responsible for managing the case files of all the residents.
His outgoing personality and good humor help make the Hacienda the great success that it has become.
