Susan is the Hospice Homestead Registered Nurse. Susan is responsible for overseeing the general health of our hospice residents, monitoring medication, acting as liaison between the Veteran Hospice and the VA and other health care providers and overseeing the weekly meetings with the residents. Sue is an extraordinary nurse that gives her all for veterans she brings all of her experience and a great sense of humor to work with her.
